Kaler's visit

Here are a few photos from our visit with the Kalers from WA last weekend. We had so much fun in the short time they were here passing through on their way to DC. Here is a photo H and her "twin" (long story) and the second is of D and the tractor train of kiddos! (including the neighbors!)

Trip Preparations

We're starting to gear up for the big NW trip! It's so hard to believe that it's almost time for us to pack up and hop a plane for WA! Time has gone by quickly, and we're suddenly scampering around to get ready. D and I are beginning the process of pulling out luggage, duffles, backpacks, and gear. There is so much to remember to pack, as this will be our first big trip with all three kids. We also realized that in the past when we've went on vacation for two weeks, it's been to stay with family. This will be our first time away for a length of time that isn't with family. I guess it's a time of firsts all around! Hopefully we'll be posting soon with some photos. In the mean time, we're still testing out this blogging business!

We're blogging!

We have decided to try out a family blog. We have several family members and friends that have one, and we thought that it might be a fun thing to try out. A nice easy way to keep in touch and updated with everyone! Now we get to play around and try this thing out!
